Bo Johnstone – Class of 2021
We congratulate Bo Johnstone (Class of 2021) who has won an award in the Creative Arts Exhibition, held during Catholic Week for her Studio Arts piece, 鈥楾he Internal & External Systems of Humans鈥�. This well-deserved award, which really reflects the theme of her artwork, was the 鈥楽cienceworks STEM Inspired鈥� award. Bo will now feature in a book, based on all of the winners. In Bo鈥檚 words referencing why Art is important to her she says, 鈥淣o one can judge your interpretation on an event or emotion and that is why art is important to me. It is a safe space; a place where I feel that I can express myself freely.鈥� Sarah Howard (Class of 2021) should also be commended on her piece, 鈥榁ibrant Bark鈥�, which also featured in the exhibition.
